RATES (Incl. bed and kitchen linen , excl. cleaning costs)

Low season (October, April) - €1800/week

mid season (May, June, September) - €2000/week

high season (July, August) - €2600/week

The rate for the outbuilding depends on the rental period. If you are interested, please request a quote.

The pool is heated from mid-May to mid-September.

A maximum of 10 persons may stay in the house.

Smoking is not permitted in the house and pets are not allowed.

RENTAL PERIOD
Unless otherwise agreed, the rental period runs from Saturday 4 p.m. to Saturday 10 a.m. inclusive. Hours can be adjusted in consultation with the owner, but the agreed arrival and departure dates must be strictly adhered to.

PRICES, WARRANTY AND PAYMENT
All prices include water, electricity, and heating (based on normal consumption) but exclude cleaning. An additional mandatory cleaning fee of €150 is required. The security deposit is €800.

The reservation is only valid after receipt of the deposit and security deposit into the bank account IBAN: BE51 0012 8910 7162, BIC: GEBABEBB. The owner will send confirmation once the funds have been received from the tenant.
In case of last minute rental, payment will be made as agreed with the owner.

FORMALITIES
We ask for each tenant's name, address, email address, and phone number. This information is for informational purposes only, and your privacy is respected at all times.
Because we attach great importance to hygiene, we provide bed and kitchen linens in the accommodation. This also allows you to limit your luggage (bath linens are not included).

Check-in will be provided by someone on site, this person will also be responsible for interim maintenance of the swimming pool.
